Principal's Corner

MR. R.D. Mpande, has served as the Deputy Principal High

School since 2022. He joined Child Academy Programmes as an 
Mathematics teacher and HOD for Mathematics, Science and

Technology in January 2016.
Mr. Mpande is a compassionate leader who has deep roots in

the community of Tembisa. He prides himself on building strong 
relationships with students and staff and brings a deep

understanding of the CAP community to this role.

He brings a solid understanding of strategies to enhance freshman

success and understands how a strong start in school, leads to

future success.

​He is a strong leader who we are excited to see flourish at

Child Academy Programmes. He has proven himself to be a

compassionate and capable leader who is ready to collaborate

with the CAP community to bring the best opportunities possible to
